Well, there has been nothing said of fitness or healthy pursuits in a while. On this last day of the year, some of you may be looking for a challenge. - Here it is.
It's been a slow grind on the fitness front since I moved. I dragged my feet about finding a gym, then got fed up and sought out a bunch of gyms in hopes of going with someone. I gave S a choice of three gyms but instead he wants to do this:
A six-week plan to get to 100 pushups, right so...
We started two-weeks... Scratch that, 5-weeks ago. I was skeptical, but with each successive week, I charted progress. All you do is follow the charted program (here) and perform all the push-up sets on Monday, Weds, and Friday. The Result: sick numbers accompanied by better upper body strength.
